• Proven Agile Expertise: 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in dynamic tech environments.
• Scale-Up & FinTech background: experience in high-growth FinTech settings preferred.
• Large-tribe leadership: experience guiding multi-disciplinary squads across engineers, QA, design, and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies for large cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers to maintain high velocity.
• Align sprint goals with product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.
• Support compliance, quality governance, and security-focused engineering practices.
