Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process development or chemical engineering.
• Proven track record in scaling up chemical processes from lab to industrial scale.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation software (Aspen Plus) and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with HAZOP studies and process safety management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pilot-scale and full-scale manufacturing.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and risk assessments for new and existing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to process performance, yield, and quality.
