Job summary

With 3–5 years in CRM or customer engagement and hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, you will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years' experience working within a CRM, customer engagement, marketing technology, or customer relationship environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other CRM platforms.
• An understanding of customer data, segmentation, data modelling, and customer-centric engagement strategies.
• Exposure to APIs, systems integration, and digital ecosystem connectivity.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
