Job summary

Cloud23 is seeking a Salesforce consultant to run discovery, shape requirements, and configure Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You will facilitate workshops from workshop to go-live and ensure acceptance criteria are met through testing, training, and documentation.

You’ll translate business needs into user stories, maintain a prioritised backlog, and manage stakeholder expectations day-to-day.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting, business analysis or advanced administrator role
• Salesforce Administrator certification; consultant certifications advantageous
• Experience facilitating workshops and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Confident stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and current-state processes.

• Configure Salesforce declaratively — objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts.

• Manage stakeholder expectations day to day, flagging risks and scope questions early to the engagement lead.
