A leading recruitment firm in South Africa seeks a skilled individual with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for building and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns using tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Your expertise in SQL, SSJS, and AMPScript will be crucial, along with a keen eye for detail in reporting campaign results. This role offers you the chance to innovate in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of reporting and campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Every day will be different, but in general you will be building multichannel journeys or optimizing existing campaigns.
• You will work with tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio and implement innovative techniques using AMPscript and dynamic content.
• You will also set up A/B tests on campaign elements to improve performance.
• And in this ever-changing, high-paced environment you will have the possibility to continuously explore ways to make marketing processes smarter and more efficient.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in following modules: Cloudpages, Contact builder, Content builder, Automation Studio, Journey builder
• Experience with other Salesforce platforms is a big plus
• You have notions of HTML, CSS
• You have experience in SQL, SSJS and AMPScript
• You know how to use Salesforce APIs
• You have the knowledge to design a database model, implement and maintain it
• You always have an eye on reporting and campaign results
• You are meticulous, you have an eye for detail
