Job summary

The Core Group is seeking a proactive Sales Admin & Support Associate to provide consolidated sales and order support to SME Regional Account Managers (RAMs). You will help process orders, quotations and invoices, manage CRM data and lead administration, creating capacity for RAMs to focus on client relationships and revenue growth.

This role absorbs day-to-day administrative tasks and dedicated sales support duties, driving reliability, accuracy and customer trust across the SME sales operation.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• 1–2 years' experience in admin, sales support, or operations coordination.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for lead management.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in processing orders, quotations and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and order support to SME RAMs to ensure smooth operations.
• Process orders, quotations and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Manage CRM data and lead administration to support reporting.
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with finance, warehouse and support teams.
