Octogle Technologies is a Dubai-based tech company with a development team in India and a commercial presence in the UK. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for sales hiring in South Africa, with remote work flexibility.

You will build pipelines and place high-performing SDRs, BDRs and closers for international teams operating UK/US hours. You will run end-to-end hiring, headhunt via LinkedIn and job boards, and conduct practical assessments to ensure quality hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting sales talent in South Africa (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record placing SDRs/BDRs with UK/US/international companies.
• Strong existing network of SA sales professionals.
• Eye for real performers over polished CVs.
• Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, PNet and ATS tools.

• Run end-to-end hiring for sales roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top SA sales talent
• Headhunt proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your network
• Run practical assessments such as cold-call roleplays and outreach tests
• Fill roles fast without dropping the quality bar
• Track and report on hiring metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire and retention

We're looking for a recruitment expert who knows the South African sales talent market inside out. Your job is to find, vet and place high-performing SDRs, BDRs and closers for international teams working UK and US hours.
