Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Midrand is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to streamline the returns process and coordinate customer deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan and manage returns, communicate with stakeholders, inspect returns, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring KPI delivery and customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate the logistics returns process
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders on open customer returns
• Coordinate customer delivery bookings
• Deliver against departmental KPIs
• Manage customer complaints related to customer deliveries
• Verify and assist with inspecting customer returns before being booked back into stock
• Work with the clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure that their logistics queries or complaints are met and closed out
• Participate in efforts to improve capabilities, process improvements, and technology projects
• Develop and implement business practices to ensure optimal performance
• Be involved in ad-hoc analytical projects
• Undertake detailed and thorough logistics analysis and identify opportunities to aid efficiency and cost optimisation through evaluation of data.
