Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our client in the agriculture industry. The role is based in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo, requiring 2 years of sales coordination or related experience and basic invoicing knowledge.

The successful candidate will liaise with clients, manage orders and stock, and support invoicing and general office tasks, with a focus on accurate stock records and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, stock control, or administration.
• Experience in agriculture/food production is advantageous.
• Basic invoicing knowledge and Sage experience beneficial.
• Computer literate and reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, process orders, and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Conduct fruit intake and stock control management.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Support invoicing and basic administrative functions.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with general sales coordination and office support duties.
