This role strengthens the sales process, improves pipeline visibility, and reduces the CEO's need to reconstruct status from multiple chats and records.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Sales Operations Oversight: review leads, active opportunities, appointments, overdue tasks, and next actions to maintain a clear daily sales operating picture.
• CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Hygiene: maintain reliable CRM records by updating deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, and sources.
• Meeting Follow-Through & Action Tracking: convert meetings and updates into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Weekly Reporting & Decision Support: prepare concise pipeline and activity reports with performance vs benchmarks and explain gaps.
• Cross-Functional Handoffs: coordinate inputs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success for proposals and onboarding steps.
