Job summary

Network Contracting is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator in Gauteng to support the commercial team with accurate customer data, pricing, reporting, and internal processes. The role emphasizes fast-paced collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers to drive business development.

The suitable candidate will have at least 2 years in admin and customer service, with exposure to logistics environments and CRM systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, aviation, transport or supply chain is advantageous.
Exposure to CRM systems and sales administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Load and maintain customer rates in operating systems with accurate records.
Update CRM databases, including E-Waybill profiles and contacts.
Assist with quotations, process credit applications, and provide excellent customer service.
Respond to enquiries and allocate leads to Key Account Managers.
Coordinate procurement processes: purchase requisitions/POs and supplier follow-ups.
Manage stock control and distribution of stationery and other supplies.
Prepare and distribute internal/external communications, including fuel surcharge updates.
Verify daily flight schedules before distribution to customers.
Compile and distribute sales, customer, and BD reports.
Provide general administrative support to Sales and BD teams.
