Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty invites energetic individuals to join as a Sales and Merchandising Assistant for a 12‑month full‑time internship in Bloemfontein. You will learn hands‑on in sales, merchandising and customer service while receiving a monthly stipend and starting 1 November 2026.

You will travel with Sales Representatives, support sales activities, merchandise displays, assist customers, and gain practical industry knowledge during the peak season.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes.
• Support sales activities and help achieve targets.
• Merchandise products and keep displays neat.
• Assist customers and build relationships.
