Job summary

The Talent Dragon in Burgersfort is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Team Leader to drive performance in a franchised automotive dealership. You will lead the used‑car sales team, implement strategic sales plans and foster strong customer relationships in a fast‑paced showroom environment.

Ideal candidates bring extensive used car sales experience, franchise dealer background, and proven leadership, with a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Matric standard and valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 5 years in used car sales at a franchised dealer.
• At least 2 years in a used team lead / sales manager role at a franchised dealer.
• Experience with stock management and trade evaluations expected.
