Job summary

The Kelston Motor Group is seeking a Sales Manager (New & Used) for Kelston Headoffice. Lead the sales team, manage stock levels, and drive sales of vehicles and related services. You will oversee demo vehicle allocation and monitor sales websites and systems.

Successful candidate will have a strong track record in vehicle sales, management experience, and a valid driver’s license, with knowledge of relevant vehicle and consumer regulations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of vehicle sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Vehicle appraisal experience.
• Pricing of trade-in experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
• 3 year degree/diploma in BCom/Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales Department (New & Used).
• Manage stock and allocate demo vehicles.
• Sell motor vehicles, accessories and services.
• Execute projects and maintain initiative.
• Manage sales websites and systems.
