Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager in Gauteng to drive organizational sales and revenue. You will develop a comprehensive business plan, oversee a high-volume sales team, and coordinate with marketing for lead generation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and strong customer relationship management. You will set targets, monitor performance, and ensure execution of sales strategies across the truck sector.

Qualifications

• Matric or higher required as minimum.
• Code 8 licence with own vehicle is preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Experience with high volumes (Commercial Trucks).
• Ability to cold call and seek new business.
• Experience in SAP system.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.

• Carrying out other duties as required by Dealer Principal.

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Any other reasonable and lawful duties required by Dealer Principal from time to time

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or higher
