Qualifications

• Matric and FAIS approved Qualification required.
• FAIS compliant.
• Product category experience 1.3/1.5/1.20 advantageous.
• Previous managerial experience essential.
• Knowledge and exposure to Group Schemes advantageous.
• MODP completion (internal) or managerial qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and distribution strategy to meet targets.
• Accountable for sales targets and profitability in a branch.
• Manage sales & expense budget for the sales team.
• Oversee local marketing and external networking with key door openers.
• Develop, appoint & train sales advisors.
• Identify and create coordinated sales opportunities.
