Qualifications

• Education NQF Level 4 - Grade 12, School leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Direction: Communicate the local action plan; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
• Customer Relationship Management / Account Management: Develop plans for existing accounts and key decision-makers to ensure needs are met.
• Sell Customer Propositions: Identify standard products that meet customer needs and present with standard terms.
• Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers and participate in events to generate opportunities.
• Performance Management: Manage personal objectives and monitor team performance with assessments.
• Operations Management: Provide operational support and supervise transactional activities.
• Promoting Customer Focus: Develop internal communications and strengthen external relationships.
• Key Account Management: Support new and existing accounts within company policy.
• Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Implement a plan to engage customers with product launches and campaigns.
• Budgeting: Track budgets and report variances.
• Organizational Capability Building: Coach team members to develop skills.
