Job summary

The Building Company in Montague Gardens is looking for a dedicated sales/marketing professional to drive growth, manage client relationships, and promote the brand. You will handle inquiries, coordinate promotions, and build market share in line with company procedures.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales/marketing, industry knowledge, and a valid driver’s license to engage with clients and support field activities.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales, marketing and field
• Relevant industry knowledge and experience
• A tertiary qualification in sales/marketing/technical field is advantageous
• Must have a valid driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.
• Promotions, advertising, and all public relations must be coordinated for the store in order to enhance the Brand's market share in line with all company procedures
• To grow, develop and build awareness of the product and service offering
• Identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies
• Ability to handle client queries and problem solving
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s product, service, and processes
• Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry
• Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
• Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• To uphold and promote the company values and culture
