You will manage budgets, create compelling collateral, oversee digital marketing, and build strong relationships with estates and sales partners in the Western Cape. A strategic mindset and 5–7 years in real estate marketing are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years marketing experience in real estate or advertising.
• Proven campaign management and digital marketing track record.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy development and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential developments.
• Lead launch campaigns for new projects with maximum visibility.
• Coordinate multi-channel activities: digital, social, print, outdoor, events.
• Oversee metrics, optimise campaigns for leads and conversions.
• Manage marketing budgets for cost-effective delivery.
• Create brochures, ads, presentations, and promotional content.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Lead digital marketing across Google Ads, social, and site content.
• Cultivate relationships with estate agents, agencies, and sales partners.
• Gather feedback from sales agents and translate into initiatives.
• Support agents with materials, training, and launch presentations.
• Drive lead generation campaigns and monitor source effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on campaign results and market intelligence.
