Job summary

Mimecast South Africa is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive innovation and empower clients in managing cybersecurity risks. Your role will focus on technical conversations during the sales cycle, presenting to IT leaders, and supporting channel partners.

The ideal candidate will have sales engineering experience in cybersecurity, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of email security. The position offers an OTE of ZAR 1,120,000–1,168,000, along with further benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales engineering role, ideally at a cybersecurity vendor.
• Ability to present to senior technical audiences.
• Understanding of email management and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical conversation during the sales cycle.
• Deliver presentations to IT leaders and business stakeholders.
• Support RFP, RFI, and tender responses with accuracy.
