Job summary

The Job Tool Kit in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage IT professionals, spark interest in industry webinars, and book qualified appointments for the sales funnel.

You will work Monday to Friday with shifts aligning to the client’s 1am–10am window, enjoy uncapped commission, a fast-paced team environment, and a no-weekends policy. This role focuses on resilience, strong communication, and goal-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent rapport and conversational skills.
• Strong objection handling abilities.
• Experience in call centre sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Matric is not a must.
