Job summary

Tailormade Solution in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the pharmaceutical sector. You will develop visit plans, build long-term customer partnerships, and act as a brand ambassador while reporting progress to management.

The role is full-time and on-site with a salary of ZAR 15,000–18,000 per month. A collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement a structured visit plan to ensure consistent and impactful coverage across all designated outlets, aligned with business goals.
• Build and nurture long‑term partnerships by delivering tailored service and support to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company’s vision, values, and product offerings.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3‑5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and market research tools.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
• Adept at R and C programming languages (preferably for data analysis or related tasks).
