Qualifications

• Matric with mathematics as a subject.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration and sales.

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken, written and read).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer service experience – advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers by providing product information and guidance.
• Conduct direct sales and promote products to customers.
• Dispatch products, including occasional lifting up to 25kg.
• Perform basic stock control and monitor stock levels.
• Manage general administrative duties and support daily office operations.
• Prepare quotations and process invoices.
• Maintain effective customer liaison and build positive relationships.
