Job summary

MRI Software seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Cape Town to manage the end-to-end implementation of RentPayment solutions, from contract signing to production readiness. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure accurate timelines and successful go-lives.

EST hours apply (8:30am-5:00pm EST) with a hybrid model of three days working from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience managing SaaS onboarding or implementations.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through onboarding and production readiness.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and guidance.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Lead kickoff meetings and drive milestones to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to gather requirements.
• Track activities, risks and client communications; set expectations clearly.
• Configure, test, and support integrations between platforms; provide training.
