Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a SaaS Onboarding Specialist in Cape Town to manage the end-to-end client implementation from contract through production readiness and go-live. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, and drive successful adoption of RentPayment solutions while maintaining strong relationships and project plans in a hybrid, EST-aligned schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience in SaaS, payments, or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of API integrations and system connectivity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract to production readiness.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Configure, test, and support integrations across platforms.
• Identify process improvements and drive user adoption.
