Job summary

MRI India is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end client implementations from contract through onboarding and go-live. You will serve as the main client contact, ensuring effective communication, accurate documentation, and a high-quality onboarding experience.

The role is based in Cape Town with a hybrid model (3 days working from home per week) and requires aligning with U.S. business hours (EST) and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payments, financial services, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle from contract to onboarding and go-live.
• Act as primary client contact and provide regular status updates.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and accurate implementations.
• Lead kickoff meetings and drive milestones to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and objectives.
• Document all activities, risks, decisions, and communications.
