Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end client implementation, from contract through onboarding and go-live. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, perform integration testing, and ensure a smooth adoption of RentPayment solutions.

The role requires US EST hours and a hybrid work model with three days from home. Ideal candidates have strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in SaaS onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS onboarding and client implementations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full implementation lifecycle from contract to onboarding and production readiness.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout implementation with regular updates.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans to meet milestones and timelines.
• Lead kickoff meetings and drive project milestones to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to capture client requirements.
• Document all activities, risks, and decisions and manage client expectations.
• Configure, test, and support integrations between platforms.
• Provide product training and guidance on best practices.
