Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage the end-to-end client implementation process, including onboarding, integration, and go-live. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating across internal teams and with the client to ensure successful adoption of RentPayment solutions.

This role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in payments, SaaS or real estate/fintech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation lifecycle from contract signing to onboarding and go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and guidance.
• Develop and manage project plans to meet timelines.
• Drive kickoff meetings and milestone achievements.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
• Document activities, risks, decisions and client communications.
• Configure, test, and support integrations between platforms.
