You will conduct market research, perform financial viability assessments, and manage due diligence to build the company’s portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in acquisitions/investment analysis, strong Excel modeling skills, and a deep understanding of the Nelspruit market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
Proven ability to source, analyze, and close real estate deals.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills using Excel.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Deep understanding of the Nelspruit and Mpumalanga property market.

Responsibilities
