Placements24 is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its Rustenburg operations. This executive role requires strategic leadership, full P&L accountability, and a proven ability to drive profitability while upholding high standards of quality and service.

You will oversee sales, marketing, finance and human resources, develop and execute growth plans to expand market share, and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business/admin or related field.
• 8+ years progressive management experience, 3+ in GM role.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competition.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow market share in Rustenburg.
• Oversee sales, marketing, finance, and HR for aligned operations.
