Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to cover the Rustenburg territory. This field-based role focuses on driving sales of FMCG products, expanding market share, and maintaining product visibility.

You will identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships to ensure consistent availability. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills, with a self-starter attitude and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, FMCG preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Familiarity with the Rustenburg market advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Prospect for new clients, generate leads, and close deals within the territory
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the territory
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on activities and performance
