Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales across the Vereeniging region in a remote-first setup. You will build retailer partnerships, present products, and manage visibility while meeting targets and collecting market insights.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory, supported by uncapped commission and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities with retailers and distributors in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Effectively present and sell the company's product portfolio and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs and trends.
• Ensure proper product merchandising and in-store visibility at client locations.
