Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng seeks a data-focused professional to support Route to Market (RTM) decision-making through accurate, timely reporting and data quality assurance. You will help sites optimise routes, improve driver performance and enhance customer service levels by delivering reliable insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining RTM databases, validating data, resolving queries in real time and coaching site debriefers to use RTM reporting effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management, reporting systems and databases.
• Experience analysing operational data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with RTM, route optimisation or fleet monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update RTM databases accurately and timeously.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and available to support teams.
• Resolve data and product-related queries in real time.
• Coach site debriefers on RTM reporting.
• Analyse route performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to support expansion and optimisation of delivery areas.
