Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor to maximize route potential and manage drivers and assistants. You will coach Salesman Drivers daily and monitor routes to ensure efficient delivery, load planning, and KPI reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in FMCG sales supervision, strong customer service focus, and proficiency with Excel and GIS tools. Weekend and shift flexibility may be required in a pressurized environment.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• Min 3 years Sales Supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Execution in an FMCG environment.
• Computer Literate and GIS knowledge; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Allocate drivers and vehicles to enable daily route monitoring and reporting on planned vs actual route adherence.
• Daily Route Management of bakery delivery vehicles.
• Analyse and report on operational and customer service trends.
• Ensure DRM systems such as Vigil & Mix Telematics are functional.
• Provide DRM system reporting on KPI hit rates, departure times, excessive kilometres and unplanned routes.
