Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Technical knowledge of rotating equipment, reciprocating compressors, gas compressor engines, and steam turbines.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and EHS practices and requirements.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills a must.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Projects.
• A valid Code 08 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company and client safety policies to mitigate project risks and foster a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Work closely with Workshop, Field Services, and customers to place the best talent on projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare costings and proposals for workshop and field projects with Sales Engineers.
• Prepare comprehensive workshop and field service scope packs for delivery targets.
• Develop risk management and contingency plans with the Safety Department.
• Communicate with the client on progress and scope changes, obtaining approvals and purchase orders.
• Ensure subcontractors perform as agreed and comply with safety and cost requirements.
• Expedite goods and services to meet project needs.
• Liaise with Quality Department to maintain quality plans.
• Capture order information in the ERP system for timely delivery and payment.
