Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on major platforms.
• Strong knowledge of PPC principles, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign results.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure spending aligns with campaign goals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital advertising and ad technologies.
