Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition efforts in a hybrid role based in Mahikeng. You will develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to drive measurable growth.

You will leverage data to maximize ROI, conduct A/B testing on creatives and targeting, monitor budgets (ROAS, CPA, CPC), and report insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar paid media role.
• Experience managing paid search, social, and display campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ROI-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor budgets and report ROAS, CPA, CPC with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for paid media growth and stay updated with platform updates.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective ad copy and visuals.
