Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain telecom equipment on towers and at ground level.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on towers and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot RF systems to ensure optimal signal and network performance.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with climbing and site safety regs.
• Document installation details, test results, and repairs.
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects efficiently.
