Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Rewards & Benefits Specialist in Gauteng to coordinate the implementation of remuneration and benefit interventions for market competitiveness. You will conduct research and analysis, ensure legislative compliance, and manage incentive and reward systems.

The role also covers remuneration committee submissions, annual salary review planning, contract administration, and job grading along with maintaining role profiles.

Job purpose:

To coordinate the implementation of organisational remuneration and benefit interventions to ensure market competitiveness

• Remuneration & benefits research & analysis
• Legislative compliance

• Procedure and Process Development, Review and Maintenance
• Remuneration committee submissions
• Annual Salary Review Planning & Implementation
• Contract Administration and Maintenance
• Job grading & role profile management
• A tertiary qualification in social sciences or data analytics will be an advantage
• An understanding of organisational effectiveness would be an advantage i.e. business processes, technology
• +/- 10 years experience in Human resources
  Rem & Benefits experience will be an advantage
• Experience in data analytics would be advantageous
