HyperionDev is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to act as the backbone of the Revenue Team, overseeing CRM and Contact Centre systems, ensuring uptime and data integrity, and updating policy documentation. This role requires strong governance of sales processes and data accuracy across platforms.

You will deliver comprehensive reporting to leadership and align operations with the student journey, driving efficiency and scalable growth within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations, account management, or business development support.
• 1+ years CRM management experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• KPI-driven with focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize CRM and Contact Centre systems for uptime and data integrity.
• Create and update internal sales policy documents and SOPs.
• Manage Revenue Team dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Improve the payment journey and internal sales processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Collections to ensure data accuracy and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve bottlenecks.
