Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF7 qualification in Business, Statistics, Information Systems or Commerce.
• Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or Commercial Analytics.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and reporting platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
• Ability to build dashboards and visualisations.
• Forecasting, pricing and revenue planning experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Data interpretation and storytelling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Organised, process-driven and results-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and maintenance of product catalogue and pricing information across systems.
• Develop revenue reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Translate data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Support forecasting, revenue planning and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance and trends.
• Drive improvements in catalogue management and ERP/system processes.
• Support training and adoption of new system features.
