Redherd.Io is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead its commercial strategy and drive revenue growth for a cybersecurity services consultancy. This hands‑on leadership role requires someone who can set direction and build the sales pipeline.

Working with technical leadership, you will translate security capabilities into clear customer value, define go‑to‑market priorities and secure repeat engagements with major clients, while optimizing profitability and delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in technical services or cybersecurity.
• Experience selling cybersecurity services or related advisory offerings.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage senior technical and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the revenue strategy and go-to-market plan to align with delivery capacity.
• Lead new business development: prospecting, nurturing, proposals and closing engagements.
• Grow existing client relationships into repeat engagements and long-term partnerships.
• Establish a disciplined sales process, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to translate security offerings into commercial value.
