Job summary

Cigicell seeks an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to own all customer-facing and commercial activity across the business from its Sandton (Grayston Drive) facility. You will drive revenue growth, strategic execution, and strengthen government and municipal relationships as part of the executive team alongside the CEO, COO and CFO.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of senior commercial or general management experience.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Direct experience with public sector or government contracts, tenders and relationships in SA.
• Experience in regulated environments with multiple external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the commercial strategy across divisions and align with overall business strategy.
• Own revenue and gross profit performance across divisions and manage budgets.
• Lead and grow relationships with Eskom, National Treasury and municipal customers.
• Oversee a commercial organisation and partner with COO and CFO on delivery, pricing and risk.
• Contribute to group strategy and capital allocation discussions as an executive.
