Job summary

AVBOB is seeking a Senior Clerk: Retention (Outbound calls) in Centurion to join the New Business Quality Assurance team. You will make outbound calls, apply compliant scripts, review premium history, and offer solutions to retain customers and reduce policy cancellations.

The successful candidate will have Grade 12, FAIS qualification, RE5/RE1 advantageous, and 2-3 years of insurance experience, with a strong focus on customer service and accurate data recording.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years insurance experience required.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review premium history to determine last paid date and policy status.
• Make outbound calls using a compliant script to discuss premiums.
• Advise on premium debt and methods to settle outstanding balances.
• Advise clients on payment methods to settle balances.
• Document communication and outcomes in the system.
