OUTsurance is seeking a retention advisor to handle challenging calls, retain clients, and maintain the OUTsurance family. You will address queries and complaints professionally, in line with our quality standards and values.

Ideal candidates have extensive sales and customer service experience, with a focus on cross-selling while upholding excellent service. FAIS accreditation or RE5 is preferred for applicants with prior financial advice experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales and customer service experience.
• Strong ability to cross-sell while maintaining service quality.
• Experience in call centres or sales environments is advantageous.
• FAIS accreditation or RE5 desirable but not mandatory for all applicants.
