The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, problem solving on the spot, and turning cancellations into saves, with a shift-based roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Matric required and 1–2 years in retail/ telecoms sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend fibre or mobile packages.
• Complete sign ups, SIM swaps, porting, and KYC capture.
• Cross-sell and follow up on quotes.
• Log queries in CRM and perform first-line troubleshooting.
• Maintain store standards and stock of devices.
• Handle customer complaints with first contact resolution.
