Job summary

Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Sales and Service Consultant in Amalinda, East London to sell fibre and mobile products at the store and resolve customer queries at first contact.

The role targets meeting monthly revenue benchmarks for new sales, upsells and saves, while maintaining high first contact resolution and accurate FICA records. Weekend and holiday rosters apply in line with BCEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer-facing retail, telecoms or sales role.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Sales, marketing or customer service qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend fibre or mobile packages, routers or add-ons.
• Complete sign ups, upgrades, SIM swaps and porting with FICA/KYC and CRM entry.
• Log queries in CRM and troubleshoot first line, escalate when needed.
• Guide customers to self-help resources and resolve complaints on first contact.
