Dis-Chem Pharmacies De Drift Mall Velddrif store is seeking a Retail Store Assistant to help manage daily store operations, handle customer service, and support administrative tasks in line with company policies.

The role requires Grade 12, SAP proficiency, basic computer skills, and prior retail experience. You will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and assist with stock and cash control while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) and SAP.
• Retail experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report all customer compliments and complaints to management.
• Establish a professional relationship with customers.
• Ensure all customer stock queries are dealt with and resolved.
• Maintain effective external communication with customers when they require feedback.
• Assist customers with enquiries and refer to the appropriate departments.
