Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). SAP experience.
• Retail experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall store management to ensure policy adherence.
• Handle customer compliments and complaints and report to management.
• Engage with customers to establish professional relationships and resolve stock queries.
• Ensure accurate handling of refunds, returns and cash at the point of sale.
• Verify deliveries and invoices for total accuracy and assist Receiving Manager as needed.
• Maintain documentation including float, petty cash and cash on hand.
