Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing retail roles.

Responsibilities

Assist store management in daily operations and customer service excellence.
Guide and motivate retail sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and stores are maintained to high standards.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and stocktaking.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
